I'm pretty passionate about hot and spicy foods. I love to cook Indian, Mexican and anything with some heat. But, it has to taste good. There is nothing better than a very good hot curry. I'm still learning though.

I agree!! I've been grinding my spices fresh for awhile now, but just learned recently to "dry roast" the whole spices before grinding them. I'll have to try that out next time.

Hello!

Here;s my homemade cheez whiz recipe

227 g (8 oz) grated yellow cheddar cheese (675 ml /2 1/2 cup)
• 250 ml (1 cup) evaporated milk ( carnation )
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) corn syrup
• 2,5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) dry mustard
• 2,5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) paprika
• 2,5 ml (1/2 c. teaspoon) salt

melt in a saucepan and pour in jar as soon as melted.
Let cool and put in fridge!

Simply delicious.....
