Take care.
Magnesium will help soothe the gut.
You may want to boost your immune system. 1000 mg Vit C (if you are not allergic to it) at least every 4-6 hours.
Also B complex to help the nervous system
AND LOTS OF LIQUIDS. Preferably light like 7UP. No citric juices but pear juice or eat plums.
Maintain normal activity unless you are washed out. Keep hydrated!!!!

I feel for ya! I was out of it for a few days last week

The day I felt better I disinfected every square inch of this house!

Hope you all feel better soon.

The little guy's got it too?
That's so sad

Hello!

You got the Norwalk Virus probably.... every 3 years, it comes and causes some trouble.....

You need to keep hydrated... Lot`s of water or better, gatorade ! At least one ounce every hour !
Here`s a recipe for homemade gatorade:

1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of boiled water
1 pinch of salt.

When no more nausea for 6 hours, start eating with something light... crackers, rice, toast. Stay away from dairy products, fat or spicy foods for few days !

Get well soon

Hope you and your family are starting to feel better today. I don't think Norwalk has hit my area too badly yet, so thanks for the early warning. Going to start hand washing like a mad woman!
