I'm 57 but have not been growing orchids all that long. I've had a few off and on for 15 years or so. I'm getting fairly serious about it now that I'm retired but I have GOT to quit buying them. If I keep it up I will have to begin eating them.

They would most likely be put in a curry or mixed with a salsa at my house.
