Damn, I missed it. But can anybody enlighten me, what is the whole idea? The website is not too clear and my french brain is telling me not to read complicated english texts

Oh there's a french version of the site. I really need to start meditating again.. I miss it. Is there anybody on OB that meditates on a daily basis? I'd LOVE to have more time for things like meditation.

When I was 16, like you are? I meditated everyday without fail, until I got scared off and quit for years. Now I only do it once in a while, and only for about five minutes.
