Interesting, but totally wrong. The website assumes that first names are equally common accross all ethnic groups, but in reality, certain cultures are more likely than others to have particular names. As an example, take the name "Mai Vang" - the website you linked to says that there's only 2 of them, but there's probably more than 2000. a quick search of myspace lists more than 500 registered users with that name, nearly all of them in the United States.
