Great choice with the Aeonium, Sue! I got rid of mine recently because my dad brought it inside for winter without checking for bugs. It looked horrible and was covered in aphids! I decided I would rather make more space for chids. But don't worry, these are very tough plants grown outside (and inside if you take even the slightest bit of care, DAD!) You should be able to plant it outside in Florida, with your mild winters and sandy soil. I may have to a replacement for mine. I really do love it!
Succulent forum huh? Sounds fun!
P.S. love your new avatar Sue!
