I spent several hours yesterday, sorting, cleaning up, and re-arrangeing plants. A few found a new home.......that big green box in my garage.

Today it's Phrag. day. Phrags. grow like weeds for me in S/H, so it will be a big task I have more than 150 of them (seedlings included). Decisions, decisions, which ones to divide, which ones to keep as specimine plants, and which ones need to re-rearranged or moved, which seedlings have outgrown their pots.

Wish me luck. I may be buried in my basement for a long time. It's a fun job but also a frustrating one.

Marilyn

Oh my gosh Marilyn sounds like you got hooked up with alot of hard work.
I'm not 1 of those people that like repotting orchids much at all, however I don't mind the cleaning up - go figure.

Don't get lost eh?! See you back her when you get done

Marilyn, I can't think of a better way to start the New Year than to have things all done and tidied ready for the Spring. I just went through my Phrags yesterday... though I don't have any that are close to specimen size, so no dividing for me!

Have a great time playing with your babies! See you when you are done!

That may come next, after I divide and repot into larger pots. I love Phrags but I wish I knew how to keep them smaller.

I didn't meet my goal....to have it all done by the new year. They are all recorded but I'm still repotting. I couldn't finish yesterday because I had to soak more 'Rabbit Turds', as my Great Grandkids call them.

(BTW, I just had another new Great-Grand-Daughter.)

Marilyn, I really love to read your posts! You are an amazing lady with many talents. And now I know that you are orderly....I should rub shoulders with you and see if that rubs off on me! Happy phrag day! And Happy New Year!
