I think sada roti is the one I always have at the Caribbean restaurant. It is a thicker, flat bread like thing stuffed with meat. I've had Malaysian roti with curry before, which is thinner, very airy and light. The one I want the recipe for, I think is the sada roti. Maybe you can post it in the recipe/food forum so Ramon won't strangle me for hijacking his thread.

Actually the thread is about me so its ok LOL

Its really easy and very simple. 2 cups flour, 4tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well with water (about a cup) and form a ball. Cover and let rest for 30 mins.

Then separate into four smaller balls and use a rolling pin to make a flat circle with each. Cook on a hot iron griddle or in a frying pan with a flat bottom. Flip over when one side gets a little brown.

And thats it really!
