I have this plant too. It is very pretty when it has a lot of blossoms. It is very hardy as well. It is a member of the duranta family and it is called Geisha Girl.

Dear Cullen,
It is Duranta erecta usually called Golden Dew Drop. It is in the Verbena family (Verbenaceae). I have one in my garden!
