Veteran's discount at H/D and Lowes

I just discovered this week-end that if you are a veteran and have an I.D. card, both Home Depot and Lowes will give you a 10% discount on any purchase you make. You have to ask and show your V.A. card. It's even an extra 10% off on merchandise that is already on sale!

It is always available, BUT you have to ask for it, they won't ask you if you are a veteran and you HAVE to have a Veteran's I.D. card with your picture on it.
Call you local V.A. office to find out how to get one.

Always -- but you have to ask -- not a big deal -- just ask for discount at register and cashier will do it gladly.
