Default Beautiful Hawk posing for pics!
Today (on the way home from orchid shopping) I saw this beautiful hawk on the powerline. He was nice enough to sit still so I could creep up and get his picture. I got about 10 mosquito bites walking through the tall grass to get close enough . At one point a stupid dove landed on the wire very close to him. Luckily for her, he didn't seem too hungry! The pictures don't do him justise. Very beautiful bird!
