Can't post smileys
I can't seem to post smiley figures anymore. I no longer have an option for this feature and the screen states the smilies are turned on. There also is no attachment option. I have to type in my message... then scroll down below and choose manage attachments in order to post a photo.

Go to the post you wish to enter a smilie on -
Click on 'Edit' - at the lower left of the post.
Click on 'Go Advanced',
Scroll down to 'Additional Options'
Check to see if you have the 'Disable smilies in text' box checked -
If so, uncheck it .. See attachment
If this doesn't solve the problem, let me know

Hi Dorothy,
I went to edit...then Go Advanced...then Misc. I show two misc. options. One is Auto Parse links and the other is auto retrieve titles.
Lower and to the left there is a check saying my smilies are on.
Thank you,
June

Hi June
If D's suggestion didn't work, it may be something that marty has to look into to. He's away for a few days. Could you please send him a PM explaining the problem and I'm sure he'll look into it when he returns
Thanks

Not sure how to do that... do I go to member galleries? There is a Marty there but is that the right Marty?

That would be the right Marty
I'll take care of it for you.
For future reference, to send a PM (Private Message) to any member, click on Members along the vertical bar near the top of the forum pages, find the member you need to contact and click on their name, choose "Send PM to this member" and a box just like the ones we use here in our threads will pop up. Type in what you need to and click on Submit (or Send...not sure but you'll know it when you see it )

You can also send PMs or emails to him and all moderator by -
Going to the forum page - http://www.orchidboard.com/community/
Then scroll all the way down the page past the forums .. find the task bar above the 'Featured Photos'
Click on 'View forum leaders' - See attachment
There you will find the Administrators, American Orchid Society Judge and Moderators names listed ..
To the far right of the names are icons which will allow you to access any one of them by PM or Email ..
