I spotted this cautious little girl above my front door this evening. Sorry for the poor photo. The porch light didn't provide enough light and she scampered off in response to the flash. If you look closely you can see a white area in her stomach. This is an undelivered egg. Many times I've found eggs deposited among my potting supplies. They have a brittle shell covering and look like a teeny tiny bird egg.
Woops! Sorry for the slip-up. Thanks for pointing that out. I looked at the photo again and it's really a poor picture, but you can see the egg. I did a little research after the post and found out these gecks are all females. They are unisexual and reproduce by parthenogenesis typically laying 2 eggs at a time. I think this is a Indo-Pacific Gecko if memory serves me right.
