Default Odd daylily

I thought this was kinda cool so I posted it
When I bought this daylily it was out of flower so I didn't see anything out of the ordinary with this plant. When it bloomed the following year it had two different color and shape of flowers. It is obvious that it is two seperate plants judging by the shape of the flowers, the red half (Hemerocallis 'little business') has sharp petals and sepals and the yellow half (Hemerocallis '??NOID??') has rounded ruffled petals and sepals. I will make a new thread with all my daylily's once they all start blooming....and I cant wait until next year for my 1st hybrid to bloom!

LOL! That's certainly one way to extend the bloom season! I think you got a really good buy there.
