Tindo and Everyone, It's
Calopogon tuberosis or the Grass Pink. It's native here, and pretty widespread. Cool non-resupinate flowers which rely on trickery for pollination. Pollinators are enticed with a false food reward, land on the the fuzzy lip, and it collapses dropping the bee onto the column, picking up or depositing the pollen. Gotta love it!
