Adenium obesum and some carnivores
Default Adenium obesum and some carnivores

I got these three tiny little seedling Adenium obesum guys from Kim about a year ago. They were barely two inches tall when I got them. I've had them a year, and they have grown like mad. They're now in 8 inch pots.

He suggested that it would be a couple years before blooming, they're already starting. One is in bloom now, and other has some buds on it. I"ve been really impressed and really pleased with how they have done. Kim definitely knows what he's doing.

Anyway, here's some pics of the Adens, plus a few of my carnivores. Enjoy

EDIT: I finally got the pictures to post, so if you don't want to look at them in my drive, you can see them on the last post at the bottom of this page.

(I'm having trouble uploading pics, but I'll get them up as soon as I figure out what's going on)

Okay, I can't get the pics to upload properly, so here's a link to them in my google drive:

I'd really like to see your Adeniums but the link doesn't seem to be working - needs a log in. Can you post a new link, or try again with pics on here?
Thanks.

Sorry, when I made that google drive folder, I forgot to adjust the privacy. I have no set it so that anybody with the link can see the pictures, and that link is:

It’s still coming up as private.

Oh you and your coconuts... Okay, I finally fixed it this for sure. I thought I had set it so that anybody with the link can view the pics, but it was actually set that anybody with the link who was ALSO granted permission could view them. Now I have it set so that anybody with the link can view them. Here is the link you need:

And why am I having such trouble with pictures? When I try to upload pictures, it says "your submission could not processed because a security token was missing" and I don't even know what that means.

Question... where are you trying to upload the photos from? If from a Google drive, etc. you may be running into a security issue from that side. Suggest that you download the photos to your PC, then upload from them using the Manage Attachments functionality.

Downloading from my MacBook and uploading to this site is exactly how I've been doing it and have always do it. In fact, I wrote another post about my tenebrosa only moments before I wrote this post, and had no trouble with the pics at all. I take the pics with my phone, email to myself on my MacBook, then I crop them if necessary, and upload them here. Never had a problem, and literally 5 minutes before I had trouble with the pics on this post, I made another post and had no trouble with the pics.

Worth trying again... could have been some glitch with the site that cleared itself. Things that go "bump" in the night.

Well I'll be. This time, instead of selecting all the pictures I want to upload, and then uploading them all at once, I selected one picture at a time, uploaded it, and then did the next one. I don't if that actually had any effect, it's possible that whatever the problem was has resolved itself (although I did try to upload the pictures multiple times over multiple days, and it didn't work any of those times), but whatever. Here it is.
