That was INSANE!! Did you shoot that Dave?? Im assuming that the location is not South Florida!! Can you imagine the people who built that walkway?? Whew...

No it was emailed to me. And your right it is not south Florida the tallest thing we have here is a bridge that goes over the Tampa Bay

Couldn't find much info on this gorgeous place but I did find this:
