I've been getting into gingers and turmerics, since many have a winter dormancy and can safely spend the freezing wet months in the garage. I'm having a bear of a time getting ahold of any cultivars of edible ginger except for NOID grocery store stuff. I've only found a few Hawaiian places that only sell in bulk, at a terrible time for shipping to my location. Does anyone know where to get red peel, Japanese edible ginger, etc?
