wood sorrel is a nice, bright lemony flavor and i use it on salads with a light salty dressing
butterfly sorrel (red sorrel) is a bit more lemony and has a really great pop when you put a pile on top of a grilled fish (small mangrove snapper, scored on the sides with a lot of pepper and sale then cooked HOT)
