Back to the drawing board. For some reason not one of the suppliers on Amazon.es (Spain) or uk will deliver the item, to Spain!
This is a conundrum we come across frequently, most annoying. I'll have to wait until I visit the UK, possibly in 2021, and bring one back in luggage. Or get it sent to my son and get him to send it on... more time, more postage costs
So much for Amazon Prime

I have used a strand of nichrome wire and a car battery, too, but scoring the surface with a diamond or SiC stylus, then tapping on the inside to propagate the crack is far more reliable.
More or less the same principle. The downside of both techniques is the edge finishing...too sharp. But with the proper "sand paper" (diamond) it's easily solved.

With a little ingenuity, you can make your own roller table, with a fixed-position scribe.

Even two boards, attached at 90-degrees along a long edge and stood on end, can work to hold the bottle in position, and a clamp can hold the scribe in place. You press the bottle into the corner, up agains the scribe, and rotate it.

Then you just need to devise a small “hammer” (bent coat hanger wire?) that can fit in the neck and tap the interior inside the score.
