It's a lot of fun indeed!

It's very wild and there are so many things to see. Unfortunately with fall approaching, all the meadow flowers are gone and everything is a bit brownish...

That said it is important to keep in mind to be careful of plants and animals when walking, and bogs can be dangerous (yes I'm fun at parties)

Drosera capensis is native to South Africa, but sadly it's established in many more places. There are locations in CA where it's crowding out native species.
