Potting media for Adenium Desert Rose plant
Can anyone growing Adenium Desert Rose plants kindly provide me with info about appropriate potting media for them? Any tips about proper care would be most welcome also. Thanks!

Could you substitute lava rock for the gritty sand?

I would not. you could certainly add some to make the pot lighter but I find the sand is important
