Bromeliads from Lowe's (Drawf?)

Hello everyone:

Been a while since I have posted, so forgive me if I mess up some!

Recently I purchased multiple bromeliads from Lowe's - Tillandsia hybrid, Guzmania hybrids, Vriesea Hybrids, Neoregalia hybrid - all with pups and really cheap as they were past their prime (my favorite type of plants, LOL!!!!). They are small, no more than 7-8 inches tall, and appearing perfect size for my large Exo-terra terrarium, once I start to plant it up.

My concern is - are these truly smaller forms, or have they been artificially triggered to bloom early, so they LOOK small. Will the pups revert to a larger form? If so, I can't put them in my Exo-terra as they will crowd it out soon.

I tried to post a pic, but my phone is acting up and I can't get the photo send to my computer - if I can get it, I will post later.....

Have to see them to know but they generally are the size you are in the store.

I’ve not seen the dwarfs of the ones you speak of so I can’t comment specifically

A lot of Neoregelia species (and/or hybrids) will stay on the smaller size, and remain manageable in a terrarium or vivarium. Ditto for some of the Vriesea (e.g., Vriesea racinae). Were any of your purchased plants labeled or tagged with specific names?

Well, you know Lowe's - they were identified as "Bromeliads", but nothing more specific. Don't get me wrong, I have no issue with that for the most part, as I enjoy bringing the plants home and doing some serious web-surfing to see if I can ID them....(yeah, I am that kinda nerd!!!!)
However, in cases like this, where I have plans for the plants, I would appreciate more info on the part of the supplier, especially since there are well over 250 varieties of Tillandsia alone.....
Thanks for the responses, again, if I can get my phone to send the pic to my email, I will post the pics. With that said, none of the plants are over 8" wide and none are over that tall. I expect the Tillandsia is going to remain the same, but the Neoregleia and the Guzmania forms can get rather large. On another forum I read someone say that they "treat" such as these to keep them small and that the pups get larger; I will update as I find more.
