way cool cactus I got my wife.
my wife is blind and anything with needles is out. this guy no needles and a cool variegated color. she fell in love with the guy and he went on a 30% sale today.

Nice! Are you familiar with the genera Huernia, Orbea, and Stapeliads? They're succulents that look like cacti, right down to having "spines". But they're like gag rubber knives, soft and flexible to the touch.

Wathcout! Taht's an Opuntia, probably Opuntia monocantha variegated! It has no big needels but, as all Opuntia and relatives, has very little needles in groups called glochids. Check if the plants has them!
