This must have been mentioned before but I cannot find any threads addressing this. Has there been a change on the Views count in the Forums? I notice that the View counts on the recent posts are very low.

I must say I noticed the same thing, but not sure why. I also notice OB to be much faster loading pages than before. This started after it was down a few weeks ago. New server maybe with some changes??

I have indeed noticed that - the "view" count on the more recent posts seem to always be one more than the "comments" count - seems to only be counting comments plus the original poster ...

I don't know why this is, but yeah, it may have started right after the most recent server issue was fixed

Hmm, hadn't notied that but see what you mean now.

I noticed that on the User Control Panel (when it lists the posts you have subscribed to which have been updated since your last visit) that all the views are always at zero.

Yes possibly something since the server issue, but I didn't notice it straight away.

(I actually have found things slow around here recently, so not sure anything has changed there).

I've reported this to Marty, but I guess he's not had chance to look at it. I think we just have to ignore this figure for now.
