Default computer problems

Hi All, I have been experiencing computer problems for over a week now to the point of being unable to use it at all. Those who have commented on something I may have asked about, please know that I will be reading everything soon and posting again. Today is the first day I have been up and running and have lots of emails to answer and, of course, OB posting to check out. I have missed you all! kiki-do

OMG, you were living without the internet. I don't know what I would do with myself!!!
I'm actually serious, not joking.
I think I would just turn the computer on and stare at it for a while to ease the withdrawal symptoms.

Thanks for the kind words.....I was really lost without you all as my orchid connection. Especially when I had two buds nice and strong on my Sophronitis cernua I got Nov. 1st and all of a sudden the buds just fell off! Andy's Orchids happen to call last night to see how I was doing with my new purchases (they are soooo totally awesome!) and he thought they blasted because I didn't have it in strong enough light. I stupidly thought they were for medium light, but they are for full light. Doh! Oh well, I will have to wait a little longer to see those beauties come back around.
Sometimes I think I have too many orchids....but then I just slap myself silly and wake up and smell the coffee!
Anyway, it's great to be back online! kiki-do

Hmm, recently there have a been a few posts on S. cernua. The general consensus, along with your post about Andy's Orchids Opinion, is that they do well under strong lighting. Therefore, I will move mine to stronger lights.

I have mine in south window with a 55 watt CF bulb approx 4" away and I still don't think it's high enough light. At this time of year in northern latitudes we have trouble coming up with strong enough light for certain 'chids. This may be one. Oh well...
