Nope, they're not (at least not Gathersburg, Md). Contacted maker of my custom PC and he said his was doing same thing. I think it's a Bush consperincy! It'll be all better tomorrow morning

Why did they change when we start and end daylight savings anyways? Is the rotation of the planet out of wack and they are not telling us or what?

It's all a political scheme to get us to use less electric (well, those of us in US anyways ) Apparantly only GW gets his way, 'cause no-one else is following the pattern.
