Yep, I have a hotmail account tied to this site. My phone still gets updates, so I have to cross reference it to find out which threads got updated! lol

That's why I gave up with hotmail for OB (that and other issues like emails, both in and out, disappearing into a black hole) . Very often I wouldn't get notifications for a few weeks, and the last straw was when it lasted a few months. So I switched the email address to my main one (gmail).

I use the 'User CP' view and don't bother with emails at all.
If you go to that it shows you all the posts that you are subscribed to which have been updated since you last came onto the site. I always assume something has been updated and come to the site when I have time to, not prompted by an email, then just look at that list and if I have time (less often these days than I would like) I then look through the new posts as well for all the new posts.
I know it's not a solution for those who want the emails, but might be easier than trying to cross-reference between phone and computer

I think that works for someone checking OB often, but now that I'm a somewhat sporadic OB visitor, notifications are really nice to have.
But definitely sounds like a good temporary solution.

The other one to look at is Quick Links -> Subscribed threads which will give them all in the order of when they were last updated. I sometimes find that useful if I've been in and not had time to check 'User CP' so it's cleared the new ones from there without me looking at them.
I used to get notifications on tapatalk whenever someone replied to one of my threads but I couldn't keep up with keep coming back to look so I gave up with that.
Just wish I had more time to read these days

I seems to have lost email notifications in the last 2 to 3 days. Anyone else?
