googleads loading into my browser / machine by the gazillions
Howdy
unable to use the orchidboard by navigating using my back-button from page to page because of a gazillion googleads.g.doublclick.net, etc, etc, etc,
just started to do this to me yesterday, and is continuing this morning -- mostly while visiting and navigating the Cattleya Forum Pages.
is it just me? or is it google run amok??
Thanks for looking into this

I usually view this forum on a tablet, and unless I touch an ad by mistake, I don't get inundated. But I do see ads on every page, and they seem to be targeted to my browsing history. This should be expected on a free forum.

I use Firefox and checked the cattleya forum and am not having any issues. Just the usual Mist King and orchid ads mostly on the sides and in between some of the posts. Nothing out of the ordinary.

It's been happening to me this morning too, but I've noticed it on other sites in the past, so I blamed it on IE, other than any specific site.

Thanks
I know it is free, and to see two, three, even four -- but dozens??
This seemed out of the ordinary, and was wondering why

Run a trusted malware program to make certain you didn't pick up anything. Just a note, if the anti-malware software is online or links to a site, make certain the address is the right one. Some malware redirects one to another site and loads more malware.
