you mean the sticky that already exist for posting a thumbnail is just a hoax and we need a new one i am confused

Nope, the sticky is fine, it's just not under photos. It's under beginners. Maybe it's fine where it is. I'm just asking a question for folks to ponder. I don't care either way, but seems like all the photo questions might be lumped?  Including the resizing images post Marty made? |

Seems to me that would be considered a topic regarding posting, and not solely about photography. |
