Ok a suggestion for a new category in the forums ....
Just a idea but we do not have a dedicated forum specificly for questions regarding potting and repotting .....and tonight when thinking I dont know quite where to put this thought HMMM maybe we should ....

Sounds a good idea to me. I generally use the beginner area for any question I'm not sure where else to put, but potting is probably a common one.
I'm going to move this to 'news/updates/feedback' because I think this counts as feedback and it's not completely off topic.
We'll keep bumping it if need be to try and get lots of people to give their opinion and see what others think and if there is lots of support for the idea we'll contact Marty and ask him about it.

Well, here's one bump! I think that's a great idea - like you say, those kind of posts get jumbled in with the rest so a separate place to look would be easier than to keep running 'searches'

Thanks I think for people new to The ob It would help a lot to have a forum just relating to potting and repotting

A wonderful idea for an improvement, so many people are in need of help when they start repotting.
Since we have a forum for mounting, repotting would be a good new topic....
