Yeah, me too. It's not a time-out because when I come back in it still has all the unread posts as unread (they get marked as read when it times out... which does happen as well when I get distracted).
I just log back in and carry on and have got sort of used to it, the white screens were more anoying so I'm hoping those are going to be better now.

I've had one or two but they are very rare.

Yea they are getting rarer, but I literally just had one about 15 mins ago.
Its not even annoying to me anymore, just hit refresh a billion times and eventually it comes back.

I changed some setting, tell me if you still get signed out. You may need to log out, clear your cookies, then log back in and click remember.

Ah... now I don't use the 'remember me' setting and I don't use it on purpose.
If you DO use the 'remember me' setting then it doesn't log you out anyway (well it might do but you don't notice).
When I'm at home I use 'remember me' but when I'm browsing in my lunch break at work, or while I'm waiting for my lift home then I don't use it because I don't want others using this machine to be automatically logged in.
Anyway, I will clear the cookies on both machines and see how it goes.

Marty,
Don't know if it's related to your setting change or something else, but for the last half hour (maybe 20min) it's not been marking the posts I have read as being read. They are staying in bold.
I'm reading through the 'New Posts' link and each time I finish reading a post I click on 'New Posts' to get a new copy of the latest list. Usually using that method it marks the last one as read (not bold) but it seems to have stopped doing it.
Sometimes I click the back button to get back to the list of new posts, but I don't expect it to mark it as read in that circumstance anyway.

I will keep an eye on how it's behaving and let you know.

Over the last week or so I've been timed out fairly regularly.

Hi Marty.
I've always used www and that's not made a difference. (I have sites at work which specifically don't use www and don't even re-direct to www, so it's long been something I'm aware of using correctly and not just letting the computer asume it.)
Anyway I've cleared my cookies on both machines I regularly browse from. I'll keep an eye on it.
