I have a subaddiction to Phal equestris not too far below the surface of my addiction to Orchids!

They just call my name...so I have at least 4 different ones at the moment!

Oh I know the feeling. I'm abstaining until it's warmer and I can maybe get some mail order safely.

But it's so difficult, I'm having to restrain myself

I agree! It's terrible!!!!!!!!
I have been abstaining & waiting for the project plant ... but came across one on Friday evening .. which I ended up dreaming about just had to show Hubby the photo...he said why not ...& in the end I ordered 4 new ones on Saturday !! (the grower will not ship unless the weather is OK)
So I know what it feels like ..

Me too, I'm waiting for better weather to order orchids. I'm getting some of Glenn's (from NWO) stock from Shannan, the project chid and a few others.

Where did you order Nenella? and what did you order?

I'm an addictive person by nature but this is ridiculous. I've been buying orchids left and right. I wake up thinking about them and my wife is even getting jealous! The OB is just as bad, she says I spend more time on here than I do talking to her. I told her not to make me choose one or the other! Oh well, guess I'm on the couch again.

Hausermann's is great! Located in Villa park. It is 20 minutes from my home and my family went there Saturday and we toured the facility. It was overwhelming. I am a newbie and it is a good feeling to see some out of stater buying from where I started buying my plants. I also recently joined the
monthly orchid club where they send me a new one to my office each month. I just received my first one, it was a Blandan's Kaleidoscope with 2 spikes
and in excellent condition!!!!

I ordered...
1 xPhragmipedium besseae
1 xOncidium eurycline
1 xPelatantheria insectifera-the one I fell in Love with!
1 x Oncidium ornitorhynchum

From Großräschener Orchideen (it's my first order from them)
They shipped yesterday by DHL so I am hoping they arrive tomorrow
It's a mostly 'oncidium' order as already have 3 and seem to be very easy to grow & flower so, I am now 'collecting'!!! One I must have is the twinkle but they didn't have it
