Mac-related OB photo problem
Does anyone else on this site who owns a Mac have problems with opening photos? I have a fairly new computer, and opening photos here on the OrchidBoard was going just fine until the site's software was updated recently. Now whenever I click on a photo it will open for a split second and then close again. If anyone else has experienced this issue and found a way to fix it, I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks!
Steve

i found a solution. Right click and then click "open link in new window" or "open link in new tab". Its a bit of a pain but at least i can see all of the pictures!

I have an older mac and I don't have any problems at all! I use Mozzilla Firefox for my web browser. I am at work now, but when I get home I'll check and see if I am having problems today as well. You should have to open the pictures in a separate window or tab.

I'm also on a Mac and use Firefox. No problems with photos here.

Yup, it's Safari. I just (reluctantly) opened Internet Explorer and the pictures opened fine. Thanks, everyone!

Steve if you don't like Internet Explorer, like me, give Firefox a try!

Have to agree with Becca and Yvan and others. Also on a Mac here (once you go Mac, you never go back!), and I frequently find Safari to be more trouble than it's worth. It's touchy on some sites, and just plain doesn't function right on others. Have had very few problems with Firefox.
