I am unable to get into the chat...I put in my user name, click "ok" and it just goes white screen...can anyone help? Is anyone else able to use it?

Hey Marty, I sort of have a glitch with the chat. I can't get in. It asks for my username, but I can't type the numbers (1585) I have a french keyboard on my laptop, and to get numbers I have to use the shift key. The problem is, I don't get numbers, I get &é"(-èç instead!
No the capslock was not on.
