Thanks Tindo,
Yes a bit of turbulence today and a busy day. after a small upgrade to the content management software, things went bad. I had to resort to a backup... wouldn't you know it, the backup had errors on it...damn! On top of it, I couldn't work on this problem when I wanted to, I emailed tech support from the hosting company if they could try to restore the messed up sql dump... after much figuring out and searching forums for solutions, I was finally able to restore the database, everything was back to normal....success at last !!! We're up!... and... then tech support restored the bad database and we were back to square one, hehe...I was soooo pissed, then they told me to read the forums, hehe...here:

Thankfully by that time, I already knew how to fix things up and came back up without a glitch...trouble is that I reverted everything to midnight as that was my most recent backup.
in any case... a lot of trouble and no upgrade
I'll try again in a few days
sorry if anyone lost PMs or posts. We lost a few members too in the process, hopefully they will re-join.
