Yeah, he's doing just fine. Has a new job, plus his youngest is becoming mobile now. Other daughter is old enough now to be getting into extracurricular activities.

Life raising kids... something's gotta give!

Funny how I didn't think of that. My youngest has a 14 yr old of her own, along with three more. Ive been out of the kid raising business for a lotta years. Is he checking the board? I can send him a PM to say hello.

Same here Dusty.

Our son and his wife have been wanting to do a bike trip through Napa so we volunteered to take their kids (6 and 4) for 10 days so they could have a get-away.
The kids were terrific but they kept us hopping. I think we both slept for 2 days straight when they went home.

Raising youngins is definitely for people in their prime.

Dusty, he's off on a family vacay at the moment. But said he'll be in touch when he returns. I'm sure a PM would not be out of bounds either, if you want.

Keys... I have 5 & 8 year old grandkids. After watching them for a few days now and then, it really makes me wonder how I ever had the stamina to do it year after year full time with my own. A prime time job, indeed.
