I guess I have the same question as Vmax.

I am new here (but I really like it) and I am sorry if I did my ads incorrectly. I was using my experience on eBay as a guide. I know I dislike going through pages and pages of duplicate items. I thought it might be better to put my identical plants all in the same ad.

True, I did have to restart the ad when one person clicked on the 'commit to buy' button, but that only happened once - out of all my sales. All the others just PM'd me and we worked it out ourselves. I created the identical ads, after the sale, as a way of allowing both of us to use the feedback system while not cluttering up the classified ads. I apologize again if that was not correct, but it sure seemed to work and both partners in the transaction were served well, I thought.

I agree that one ad with lots of different plants would not attract my attention. I would not want to have to look them all up to see if I was interested.

No need for apologies

We all learn something new here on a constant basis. One of the things I've learned is that there are some glitches in any forum software that even our Marty can't get around

Our software does not allow for individual feedback in an ad that has multiple items listed. Believe me...if there were any way to get it accomplished, we'd have it already
