DOM! ----- thanks for your post! I haven't tried that one. I definitely like free service sites. Although, I aimed to not use ones that have advertisements (for the free ones that is). Google drive images don't appear to be linkable (as actual displayed images) within OrchidBoard ----- but is free (for just regular web-linking) and so-far has no advertisements involved.

I learned early on to ignore ads. My wife will say something to me about a television commercial and I will invariably answer with, "It was a commercial. I wasn't paying attention to it."

Thanks DOM! I knew about those particular photo sharing sites before, but chose not to go down that path, as I prefer members to just look at flower pics ad-free. Just a display with the orchid or flowers only ----- with no ads. Thanks for mentioning though! Definitely appreciated it!

Hi DOM! Back again! ...... just testing this out ..... but not sure how long the following links will stay operational for from google drive. So these links are just for testing. Both the link and the image are from google drive right now.

Just tried another test --- namely :

But not accommodated here, which is ok.

Update - as I've now run out of file attachment quota space, I now need to just link directory to google drive images. This should be ok - as long as those direct links stay active indefinitely. Fingers crossed hehe.
