Default Chondranthes culture

I have a chondranthes Andrea Niessen, but I can't find any culture sheets online to know what I'm doing with them. I'm trying to find out when to repot her. I've got conflicting information on a couple of sites regarding watering and temp. Also, do they go through a winter rest? I'm currently preparing some of my orchids for winter rest.

Any help on this would be great. Thanks!

That is now considered to be Warczerhyncha [Wzr.] Andrea Niessen, as the Cochleanthes amazonica parent was reclassified as warczewiczella.

Low-, to intermediate light; I'd speculate intermediate temps, with higher humidity.

Both parents are year-round growers, with no distinct rest period. I repot this general class of plants at any time, and keep them in loose sphagnum in air-cone pots.

Thanks Ray! No wonder I can't find any info under "chondranthes".
