I got a tuber of Habenaria medusa/myriotricha the first week after New Year's, potted it up, and watched.....nothing. Until a couple days ago:

Yes....and mine are about to bloom.
My hab lindleyanum though has a smaller growth than your medusa has.

My carnea has yet to break ground though I know the tubers have sprouted. I grow mine potted. If they follow the same cycle as the last couple years, they will bloom sometime around January.

My erichmichelii perfectly illustrates uneven "germination". Started with1, now up to 6 - about 9 weeks from smallest to largest.
