I'm pleasantly surprised because I almost tossed the 'bulbs'. I grow lindleyana, medusae and radiata so I thought the bulbs would be small and hard, and at least visible. These were flat and twisted, almost like bark. I planted these and other odd looking bits in the expectation that nothing would grow.
So the moral of this story is be very careful when it comes to preparing for storage. I'll post photos in a few months of the dormant bulbs.
