Habenaria medusa
Showing signs of life and I am potting up today. I think the bulb count increased from 4 to 6, so I'm using 2 6inch pots.
Mix is roughly 60% potting soil, 5% charcoal, 15% perlite, 10% of small bark and sphagnum.
These bulbs are 1-2 inches long.

I missed this when you first posted. Nice. It's Habenaria wake-up time.

Update. I revived this thread because this year I potted up 6/7 bulbs in early March and growth is over 1 inch now. Way earlier than last year.
