Mine get watered with everything else even when they are dormant and it doesn't seem to do any harm. So I don't change it - if it is cold I water less, if it is warm I water more, but since they are in soil they stay pretty wet all the time. The ones in the ground are in heavy clay soil, and they don't seem to care (I originally planted them in good potting soil, but they have spread beyond the original hole and don't seem to care)

It has been blooming for the past two weeks. First time for me!

One question...the flowers are not opening fully. Is this normal behaviour?
