Default Phaius tankervilleae

Phaius tankervilleae is a native orchid in Taiwan but due to over collection, it is difficult to find them in the wild.

Very nice.
I didn't know that this species was originate from Taiwan but I think it has wild distribution range. What is crazy is that if it is considered to be difficult to find in taiwan, I have read that it is considered as an invasive species in some Caribbean countries if I'm not wrong.

The species was found at low elevation of this island which has become residential areas or all kinds of farms.
