This is my third year with this plant. It now has two growths and I think that the second growth will also eventually flower this year.

Very nice! Mine didn't make it through dormancy, but hopefully the flasks Troy started with the pods I sent last year continue to develop normally.

Another lovely. I can't seem to think of what that bloom looks like to me.

It looks like a bee. Many Ophrys use a reproductive strategy known as "pseudocopulation". The flower looks and even smells (to male bees anyway) like a female bee. When the male hops on for a bit of fun, he pollinates the flower.

From www.myorchids.de. It was labled as speculum but I was told that is is really vernixia. They both look good to me.

I can't say how much like a Bee it looks like but the frilly lip makes my mouth drool
