Calanthe Kozu

Does anyone know where in the U.S. I can get the natural hybrid Calanthe Kozu? It's a cross between Calanthe discolor x Calanthe izu-insularis. The cross comes in a multitude of colors and the flowers may be fragrant. Here's a photo of what they can look like. I'd like to find one to hybrize the blues and purples.

It is very interesting how the blue color is so intensified in this cross. Or they are not typical of this cross, but one out of so many kind of luck?

This is the typical cross between these to varieties. The funny thing is this is a natural cross not a manmade cross. I'd love the blues, purples, and blacks. If not then I'd like to recreate this cross myself to get them.

Those are gorgeous! I'd like some of those myself.

I know from another of your threads that you've been in contact with Plant Delights. Have you tried contacting them concerning this hybrid? Maybe they could steer you in the right direction or be able to acquire some of these for you thru their contacts.

Not yet. I'll try tat. I just know they won't have Calanthe discolor available until after July.
