Calanthe vestita sources in the USA?

I had one of these for many years and probably got it in the late 70's when I was in California. Honestly, I don't remember where I got it, but one year I had too many surgeries and this was one of the orchids I lost in 2003 or so. I'd love to get another but don't seem to see it in catalogs or on ebay. Ideas???? Here's a photo of my deceased plant (sigh) which bloomed annually (most of the time).
