Oberonia ssp
I wasn't sure which alliance this one belongs to so I hope "misc" will be fine.
I bought this as an Oberonia oligotricha but I have since learned the id is wrong. Hopefully, one day, I might have an ID. For now though...it's a very cool little plant.
It's not been the easiest thing to grow but the fact that it bloomed for me this year leaves me feeling that I'm at least moving in the right direction.
Teeeeeeeeeny tiiiiiiiiiny flowers ... a couple of shots w/different back ground colors to try and make the flowers visible. At least a little bit?

Wrong ID on a familiar is annoying but exciting on a genus less understood. Probably challenging, too. Good job!

Hi Katrina,
great to see the plant coming back from the dead! And flowering!!! Based on your culture indication, I'm giving it another try. I am on the way to the Pacific Orchid Expo in San Francisco, and Andy has one waiting for me. Very excited!
SEM images of your flowers will come in due time. ID? Yes, eventually ...

Yea, it happens...just part of the game. I will usually get rid of things that can't be ID'd but this one stays. It's not often seen and I like that PLUS...w/tropterrarium on it...I should have an ID at some point in the future.

I hope you have better luck this time! It's been an iffy one and I don't know that it'll ever be a pretty plant because I suspect it needs more humidity...but at least it's growing.
Take your time on the images and ID...whenever you get it done is fine by me.

Thats unique. Thanks for sharing. From what I can see in the pics I would never have called it an orchid let alone ID it..
