Default Acanthephippium striatum in bloom

This is the first flower of my A. Striatum. It can be found in the subtropical foothills from Himalaya to Taiwan, along watercourses. It is a terrestrial orchid with giant leaves and little striped flowers.

yes. but you have to be very close to the flower. It doesn't smell like something in particular, it's like spring, flowers, a delicate scent.
BTW, in this period this orchid is available at Orchids & More at a very resonable price. Think about it

That is a very interesting orchid you have there ... I never seen or heard of this genus before. With finding our more, do you give it a winter rest?
Thank you for sharing.

Hi Orchid killer.
No winter rest. Plus, it is very easy to grow: moderate light (phal conditions), very damp soil, intermediate to warm temperature (10° min).
